Jakarta, 29 May 2019 – Today, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (“ICBP” or the “Company”)held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”), and obtained the approval for all the proposed resolutions.
 

At the AGM, the shareholders approved among others:

• The Board of Directors’ annual report on the activities and financial results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2018;
• Dividend payout of Rp195 per share, which includes an interim cash dividend of Rp58 per share paid on 28 November 2018, with the remaining dividend payout in the amount of Rp137 per share will be paid on 4 July 2019; 
• The appointment of Mr. Sulianto Pratama and Mr. Mark Julian Wakeford as Directors of the Company effective from the closing of the AGM for the remaining period until the closing of AGM year 2021.

Subsequent to the appointment, the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company is as follows:

At the EGM, the shareholders approved the amendment of article 3 of the Company’s articles of association in order to comply with the Indonesian Standard Classification of Line of Business 2017 as required for the Online Single Submission (OSS).
